How HomeWorkr works

HomeWorkr is a prototype for organizing home, stay, and rental issue records. It is designed to show the workflow: create an issue file, attach sample evidence, draft neutral messages, set reminders, and review what would be shared before any provider handoff.

What the prototype stores

The public demo stores sample issue records in your browser using localStorage. That can include demo issue titles, notes, dates, reminder state, receipt placeholders, provider lead samples, and support-flow examples created during the session.

Where it is stored

Prototype records stay in the browser on the device you are using. They are not encrypted, audited, backed up, access-controlled, or suitable for production evidence. Clearing browser data can remove the records.

What not to enter

Do not enter real addresses, leases, tenancy evidence, receipts, photos, phone numbers, emails, private support messages, legal-sensitive material, payment details, or identity documents into this public prototype.

What HomeWorkr is not

HomeWorkr does not provide legal advice, tenancy advice, emergency advice, or a decision about whether a claim will succeed. It helps organize user-provided facts and points users toward official support channels where needed.

Production boundary

A real evidence-ready version needs authenticated accounts, private object storage, signed upload and download URLs, deletion and export workflows, consent logs, provider token enforcement, support operations, backups, and end-to-end tests before real records should be used.
