Data Lifecycle
This page describes the intended lifecycle. Production behavior must be implemented before public testing with real home, stay, or renter evidence.
Draft
A user starts an issue file with issue type, room or area, first noticed date, severity, and notes.
Evidence
Photos, videos, receipts, replies, and notes should be stored privately and linked to a timeline.
Message Drafts
Drafts should be template-first, editable, and manually sent by the user.
Provider Sharing
Provider sharing should require a preview, exact consent text, timestamp, share scope, and approved summary. Exact addresses and private evidence must stay hidden unless explicitly approved.
Retention And Deletion
Before launch, HomeWorkr must define retention windows, account deletion, issue deletion, export, consent revocation, and backup deletion behavior.
Testing Data
Test data should be fake. If real pilot data is collected later, it needs a deletion date and explicit user consent.
