Prototype Status

This project is currently a framework prototype. It is not ready for real home, stay, renter, production provider referral, or legal-sensitive records.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter and for deciding whether to send messages, contact providers, or seek official advice.

Provider Referrals

Any future service provider referral should be independent. HomeWorkr should not guarantee provider quality, price, timing, rental outcome, short-stay outcome, or home-service outcome.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

HomeWorkr cannot guarantee repairs, refunds, bond outcomes, dispute results, or provider responses.

Jurisdiction

The first product direction is Victoria, Australia. Formal operator and governing-law wording must be confirmed before launch.
